59th Annual National Day of Prayer

From 6:30 to 7:00 this morning, nearly 20 people gathered at Woodcrest Church in Eagan to observe the 2010 National Day of Prayer. Pastor Jerry Schommer and Pastor Pete Parker led the prayer gathering in the prayer room of their church. This year's national theme is "Prayer - for such a time as this."

«Louis» appreciates that this event was held in Eagan and would have participated had he been in Eagan.

**Allison** thinks the man in the gray shirt sitting in the middle of the couch with his arms crossed needed a stronger cup of coffee this morning...

I really enjoyed your blog. It was very well written! Also, thank you for drawing attention to The National Day of Prayer. You can help call our nation to prayer by posting this prayer request to your blog's side panel. I'm hoping that our country will turn to God in prayer.

What a wonderful idea to have national day of prayer. It's like a reminder to ourselves, that we do need a pray.
