The most comical thing in the world would be «Louis» trying to do yoga!

I guess it has a good effect and is popular several places.

That's nice, but I'd just as soon have a good laugh with friends to fight my stress! :-)

I tried both Pilates and Yoga...once. My body does not conform to those disciplines so I continue to walk!

And I thought my yoga class was crowded! I'm glad to see plenty of yogis praticing their art. It really is a good stress release. And it makes you stronger!

Kate - one of the great things about yoga is it is a discipline that can be adapted to people of differing fitness levels. You should try again with a different teacher. :)

Do you practice yoga? I would love to, but haven't found a center near our place yet.

I agree with Saretta on this, a good laugh works miracles for your stress.
The yogi with the white beard looks the part, no doubt about it! No, I don't mean the bear, Leif.

Great post! My mother has been doing Yoga for about 4 years now and absolutely loves it! She said it has given her better peace and calm, flexibility and energy.

Looks like a good workout. But Yoga is too slow for my taste. I prefer swimming anyday.

I am in yoga for 7 years, love it, and would be glad to try Eagan yoga. Maybe sometime.

I do yoga but I'd love to try belly dancing!

I think I would like yoga, as long as I didn't have to sit cross-legged, which I find really hard. As it is, there are classes here, but they're all downtown...

I do though make it a point not to stress out about all kinds of things I used to, and I am th better for it.
