Panda in Eagan!

Panda Express held its grand opening on Thursday with loads of balloons, lunch goers and yummy Chinese gourmet food! Even a "real" Panda greeted the guests and posed for my camera! Started 25 years ago in Los Angeles, the Panda Express opened its Eagan site as their 5th location in the Twin Cities among the 1,300 locales across the US. Veggies are cute fresh daily and for under $6 your plate gets heaped with a side dish and two savory entrees! Try their orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp!
Congratulations!

For a chain operation, these people do a great job. They put out a consistently good product for a reasonable price.

That could be a good place to lose your hunger.

I think Panda Express is really good, and I eat there when I can.

I obviously don't get out enough! There is one in Kalamazoo, right next to the Western Michigan University campus. :)

This is a resto that we actually have in Jackson. I guess we're ahead of you in Eagan! ;-) It's nice to not be behind the times for once.

Well, I guess we'll have to make a trip out there to try it. The food looks delicious and the place is filled with happy campers.

Panda is getting as popular as any other fast food chain, but I have never eaten there. I'll have to try it. Good job catching some candid eating moments!
