Out of gas

If you're looking for a business opportunity in Eagan, then call Duane Johnson at Calhoun Realty to discuss buying this "out of business" gas station. However, the Holiday gas station next door is a fierce competitor!
As a photo update, the snow is now newly gone but the opportunity is still there!

I'd hate to own that property; doesn't seem to have much of a chance to become profitable.

Snow in the gas station, one thing that never ever happened here...
:)

Why it's being sold?

With a title like, "Out of gas," you've just totally opened yourself up to all sorts of dangerous comments from Jacob!

I'll pass. I've worked in a Minneapolis gas station during the winter time...in 1956...an Erickson Station...where the lift was outside!!!!

I find your post today to be quite a gas! Just don't light a match too close to your computer!

Sad to know the business is closing down. But this picture is pretty. What a great combination of red and white snow. Wish I can touch that snow.

It might take a while, yet I hope that it will show what good has been hiding beneath the white of snow.
