Eagan dog series #17

Drew Gorton, owner of my office neighbor "Gorton Studios," was out walking his black labrador retrievers, Millie and Ruby, past the Oak Cliff Place building. Drew's company designs websites. Need help with your website for a fee?

  1. Beautiful! Most of the labs I've met are so friendly. Are Millie and Ruby friendly too?

  2. We had two black labrador dogs. Luna and Gandhi when I was a child/teenager.....
Is it common to have dogs and cats where you are living??

  3. To Gunn: Altho the question was not addressed to me, I'll be happy to answer: yes, it seems that Americans are crazy about their animals, at least most of us who take good care of them...dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, etc.

The dogs in the photo look pretty energetic as most labs are!

  9. Cute dogs! Dogs just seem to love snow and want to spend more time outside in it than I would. There were lots of dogs being walked in the snow here yesterday.

  10. Thanks for the five minutes of fame Leif!
    :)

@Hilda - yes - Millie and Ruby are both quite friendly. Ruby takes a little while to warm up to strangers, but she's a wonderful family dog and great with our kids.

  11. I've been a bit busy lately and missed out on all your great photos from last week. Cute dogs here and I love the entrance to the Titanic exhibit. I enjoyed that exhibit a couple of years ago when it was here.

  13. Labs are great dogs. And they do like to run and play. You owe Mr. Gorton as it doth appear he's holding 'em back so you can take the photo!

I liked your statement about needing help for a website until the line "for a fee." ;-)
