I'd like to see the house; I cannot imagine a 4-bedroom house selling in that price range.! Do you have a photo of that bargain? I wish your friendly realtor-friend a great deal of luck since the sales of houses seem to be improving!

Just a dusting of snow in that front yard but I bet there's more on its way. Hope there are more house sales on their way, too.

I wish he lived here in Tallahassee because my son and his fiance are having a heck of a time finding a house to buy that they like! I think their realtor is not very ambitious.

I am always happy to see a house with a SOLD sign, especially when it's in our neighborhood!

agree with halcyon, even when it is not in my neighborhood. As long as you guys at the other side of the pond do ok, we will too :)

Hope you had a great Christmas, Leif!

Sorry, I don't need a house. I already have one. ;-)

That's all?! Wish my son and family would move from LA and get a nice house in MN.

The pirice is very good, my problem would be commuting...

Wow. Being used to the prices in SF Bay Area - where I lived for seven years - I have to say this looks like a very good deal to me.

Leif, is this a common price in your area? I agree with Kate, it's a bargain! My cousin recently bought a similar house in southern Portugal and she paid the fair price of 400,000€ ($574,000)... The only difference I see is she has a swimming pool instead of the family room. Is this a concrete or a wooden house?
If it wasn't for the cold I would be moving to MN! :-)))
