  1. I'd like to see the house; I cannot imagine a 4-bedroom house selling in that price range.! Do you have a photo of that bargain? I wish your friendly realtor-friend a great deal of luck since the sales of houses seem to be improving!

  2. Just a dusting of snow in that front yard but I bet there's more on its way. Hope there are more house sales on their way, too.

  4. I wish he lived here in Tallahassee because my son and his fiance are having a heck of a time finding a house to buy that they like! I think their realtor is not very ambitious.

  12. Wow. Being used to the prices in SF Bay Area - where I lived for seven years - I have to say this looks like a very good deal to me.

  13. Leif, is this a common price in your area? I agree with Kate, it's a bargain! My cousin recently bought a similar house in southern Portugal and she paid the fair price of 400,000€ ($574,000)... The only difference I see is she has a swimming pool instead of the family room. Is this a concrete or a wooden house?
If it wasn't for the cold I would be moving to MN! :-)))
